SLOW FLOW VINYASA- Slow flow vinyasa is practiced at a slower pace than regular vinyasa style classes, allowing students to breathe more deeply and increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. This class offers a bridge between Beginner's Yoga and Vinyasa, expanding on Sun Salutations, building heat in flowing asana sequences, and finishing up with a restorative savasana. All levels welcome.

OPEN LEVEL -  This Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga class is a mixed-level 90 minute session that typically packs a little more oomph than their 1-hour counterparts. Postures are modified to accommodate all levels and conditions, offering both beginners as well as experienced students a soulful and satisfying practice. Explore standing poses, forward bends, hip-openers and twists; introduction to back bends, arm balances and inversions. All levels are welcome to attend.

YIN YOGA -  This class is much needed in today’s difficult times. It offers a way to leave behind our ideas of how we should be and return to our true selves. The emphasis is on long-held, passive stresses of the deeper connective tissues. Yin Yoga mobilizes and strengthens your joints, ligaments and deep facial networks. This practice is not only for those interested in Yin Yoga but for all yoga practitioners.
